A senior at Maggie L. Walker Governors School, Virginia has a 4.5 GPA, and has a combined SAT score of 2060. She is a member of the National Honor Society, the Spanish National Honor Society, the English National Honor Society, and is a West Point Leadership Award winner.
She is a Field Hockey player and swimmer. She has been named the Southampton Swim Team MVP, and named 2nd-Team All-District, and academic all district and academic all region for field hockey.
She is Senior Class President, Co-Founded Global Citizen Corps, and is a member of Students Against Drunk Driving, Spanish Club, Math Club, and Pep Club. In addition, she volunteers her time in the community with Newtowne tutoring, Relay for Life, and K-9 Services.
As a finalist, Virginia has received dinner for two, and an opportunity to compete for a $10,000 scholarship.
