A senior at Maggie L. Walker Governors School for Government and International Studies, Jocelyn has a 4.50 GPA, and is ranked in the top 5% of her class. She is a National Merit Semifinalist, an AP Scholar with Honor, a member of the Math Honor Society, and the Science Honor Society.
As captain of Swimming and Tennis teams she is a Central Region AAA All-Academic Award winner, a Central Region swim champion and a District Semi-Finalist.
Out of the water and off the court, she spends her time volunteering for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, The Salvation Army and The Special Olympics.
Jocelyn hopes to attend Stanford in the fall.
As a finalist, Jacqueline has received dinner for two, and an opportunity to compete for a $10,000 scholarship.
