A senior at Godwin High School, Alex has a 4.967 GPA, and has a combined SAT score of 2220. He is a member of the National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta (Math Honor Society), Spanish Honor Society, Music Honor Society and Beta Club.
As a varsity member of the Golf and Tennis Teams, Alex is a District Champion, Regional Champion and State Champion. He volunteers his time in the community volunteering for the Children's Museum of Richmond, the Komen Foundation Race for the Cure, March of Dimes, Habitat for Humanity, and Elder Homes.
Alex is considering a several Universities for the fall, including Florida, UCLA, UVA, and UC Berkeley.
As a finalist, Alex has received dinner for two, and an opportunity to compete for a $10,000 scholarship.
