WEEK 24- Congratulations Kate! A senior at Douglas Freeman High School, Kate has a 5.02 GPA and is ranked 1st in her class of 360. She is a member of the National Honor Society, the National Beta Club, Mu Alpha theta (Math National Honor Society), and the Spanish National Honor Society.

As captain of her Indoor Track team, she was All-District and All-Academic in the 3oo and 4x100, All-Region in the 4x400, and the Regional Runner up in the 4x800. In Outdoor Track, she was the District Champion in the 4x400, All-District, All-Academic 4x800, 800, and 4x400. In Cross Country, she was All-District and All Academic.

Kate volunteers her time in the community for Comfort Zone Camp, Ten Thousand Villages, Cedarfield Nursing Home, and Child Savers. Kate will be attending William & Mary University in the fall.
