WEEK 22- Congratulations Alec! A senior at Douglas Freeman High School, Alec has a 4.63 GPA and is ranked 20th in his class of 357. He is a member of the National Honor Society, the Beta Club, and has been Awarded the Randolph Macon College Book Award for Excellence in Academics, Athletics, and Leadership.

As captain of his Cross Country team, he was named all-district runner, and all-regional academic. In Indoor Track, he was all-state (4x800m relay) and all-regional (open 100m and 4x800m relay champion). Alec was an all-state, all-regional, and all-district Outdoor Track runner, and was named to the Richmond Times Dispatch all-metro team 800m.

Alec volunteers his time in the community with Friends Association for Children, was part of a Hurricane Katrina relief trip, and has frequently volunteered for political campaigns. Alec is considering UVA and William & Mary for the fall.
