WK #11 – Congratulations Greg!
A senior at Thomas Dale High School, Greg has a 4.35 GPA, is ranked 20th in his class of 581 and has a combined SAT score of 1760. He is a member of the National Beta Club and The National Society of High School Scholars. Greg has received the West Point Leadership Award, as well as the Principal’s Scholar Award and Student of the Year.
He is an All Academic – District and Regional Football player who spends his time off the field working to improve himself by participating in various leadership programs. He has participated in the Hugo O’ Brian Youth Leadership Program, The Carroll F.S. Hardy National Student Leadership Development Conference, the Youth Leadership Summit, and was selected to attend the Discover Leadership Institute. He volunteers his time helping the homeless.
Greg is committed to playing football in the fall, but is still deciding on where. He will have to decide between Temple, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Richmond, and Pennsylvania.
As a finalist, Greg has received dinner for two, and the opportunity to compete for a $10,000 scholarship.
