WK #10 – Congratulations Sydney!

A senior at St. Catherine’s School, Sydney has a 4.2 GPA, and has a combined SAT score of 2000. She is a recipient of the Susan Dize Pfefferkorn Scholarship, was selected to attend the Governor’s French Academy, and was Summa Cum Laude for the National Latin Exam.

As captain of the varsity field hockey team, Sydney was selected to attend the National Futures Championship, 2010 Futures Elite, the National Field Hockey Festival, and the National Indoor Tournament. In the community she has donated her time to several missions to assist different youth groups in Macon, GA, Toronto, ON, and Greenville, SC. In addition to her mission work, she tutors inner city children and volunteers at Boaz and Ruth.

Sydney has committed to play field hockey for Davidson in the fall.

As a finalist, Sydney has received dinner for two, and an opportunity to compete for a $10,000 scholarship.
